A pretty exciting part of the NBA where a lot of rosters and contracts will change.

But before that, here's some basic comments I have for the NBA teams today.

EASTERN CONFERENCE
1. Atlanta Hawks
They did a surprisingly good job in the playoffs. They had some difficulty getting it on in the regular season, but really stepped up against Boston in the first round to lose in an honorable 7-game series.

The addition of Mike Bibby really brought some synergy to the team, and may help bring the team to the playoffs again. Childress and Josh Smith should be secured. Joe Johnson and Mike Bibby need to continue to do their thing, and Al Horford needs to improve over the offseason. As for improvements to the roster, Al is really more of a PF. He did a great job this year at C, but will develop better at his natural 4 position. Moving Zaza to the 5 spot as a starter might be a good idea as well.

They're pretty much set for this season, in my opinion.

2. Charlotte Bobcats
Despite the revamped roster, they did a dissapointing job and took another trip to the lottery.

Emeka is continuing to improve, which is a good thing. Secure him to a long term deal. Gerald Wallace, JRich and Emeka need to stay healthy this year. As for improvements, they don't have the salary cap to go after a good FA since they'll have to secure Emeka, but they could pick up some veterans and pieces along the way. I always thought a decent dealed Jason Williams, Theo Ratliff, or a Dikembe would do okay.

To become a playoff team, they gotta improve a couple of little things, but it's good that they have a young core.

3. Miami Heat
Tanking the season halfway when the superstars got "mysterious" injuries worked out great and landed them the 2nd pick.

Shawn Marion deciding NOT to opt out could be really good for the HEAT this year. I could see a good trade scenario getting rid of our contracts and landing Marbury and some big men from NYK, but who knows? Could use a lot of improvements. I'd say let Ricky Davis go, or just get a sign-and-trade for him. But with Beasely and Wade as the foundation, they should do well this season. Even if they don't make it to the playoffs. In short, they need some work, but I'm sure Riley has something up his sleeve, like he always does. o_O

Work on the roster.

4. Orlando Magic
Finished with the 3rd seed and did pretty great.

Dwight is set for many years, so that's awesome. Rashard did a decent job overall, and Hedo became a superstar. The three really did well in leading the team to one of the elite teams of the East. However, weak backcourt I think led to their fall. Jameer does an okay job, but I really think Dooling can become better. Improvements? Moving Hedo might do some real good. He's cheap and efficient, and is a really good trade bait. Picking up Haslem would also be a good idea. Haslem is a good role player and I'm sure we all saw the frontcourt combo of Shaq and Udonis. Hedo could land Orlando a decent SG/PG, and Rashard could move to his natural 3 position.

Just complete the few missing pieces and Orlando is set.

5. Washington Wizards
Another 5th seed performance, only to lost to Cleveland again. They did a pretty good job without healthy Arenas though.

Re-signing Agent Zero for a 120m~ 6-year-contract? I would've opted for 4 or 5, but not bad. Resigning Antawn Jamison is crucial too. With the solid core of Jamison, Arenas and Butler, Washington could have another decent year. Especially if all three will be healthy throughout the season. They could pick up some FA's or trades here and there, but nothing too drastic to decline the core.

Washington's in for another good year, and they can only really improve at this point.

6. Boston Celtics
The Champs won it all. They had a great regular season and really proved themselves in the post-season as well.

What shows having a great year better than a championship? Pierce played like a real captain, Ray was the veteran behind it, and KG really just made it all work. But that doesn't mean the Big 3 won it all. Credit goes to some of the young guys like Rondo who had a great season, and Kendrick for well, being there. The Vets deserve a pat on the back as well. They could improve by bringing in some new young guys. They need a replacement for PJ Brown as well. Other than that, they are to have another season just like this one.

They're in for another championship-calibur-team season.

7. NJ Nets
Not a great season. Made some trades to fix the roster, and had a decent season roster-fixing-wise.

Trading JKidd was really good. Bringing in expirers, draft picks and Devin Harris was awesome. It's a shame, I was wishing NJ could re-sign Diop. They'll basically have another rebuilding year before they sign Lebron and whatnot. The RJ trade was alright, though I really would've wanted RJ to remain a NET for the rest of his career. NJ needs to move Van Horn's contract, and continue to get some young talents in. They're doing a decent job rebuilding with VC, Devin Harris, the 10th Pick Brook Lopez, Yi and others.

Rebuilding and cap-freeing should preoccupy this team for another season, until the FA class of 2010.

8. New York Knicks
Another Marbury year.

MSG really needs to get things going. I don't think this season will be it though. Signing Duhon is a risk. Let's hope he's worth the MLE. Need expirings for Marbury, need to move Zach and his huge-ass contract, and possibly get rid of Eddy Curry while you're at it. Sign Lebron/Wade/Bosh in 2010 and relive the Knicks legend.

IMO, they're in for another cap-freeing/rebuilding year.

9. Philadelphia 76ers
They had a really good season despite the lack of roster depth and the huge salary cap waiting to be used.

Dalembert delivered another 12-10 season, Iguodala continued to improve, and the others just did their thing. With about 12m in cap space to burn, Philadelphia could be looking to sign a decent FA this season. Sure they can't go for Elton Brand or Baron Davis, but signing Josh Smith shouldn't be a problem. A player like him could really help the team. Dalembert needs someone to help him on the frontcourt. Haslem wouldn't be a bad idea for that, but there are a lot of options for this team.

Looks like they'll have another good season this year.

10. Toronto Raptors
They had a decent season, but not as well as hoped.

Wow, congrats on the JO deal. They basically give up TJ whom they don't even need because of Calderon and some other stoofs to get JO. The combination of JO and Bosh, mind you they are both accomplished inside players, should be great this season. They have a lot of young guys, so they're pretty much set. Of course, JO needs to stay healthy for this to happen. Let's hope a change of environment will do him good.

Looks like they'll have another decent year.

11. Chicago Bulls
Wow, just wow.

They miss the chance to snatch Kobe, I mean COME ON PAXSON, WE'RE TALKING ABOUT RELIVING THE MJ PERIOD. You could've given a mere Hinrich, Deng, Gordon and stoofs for him, but NO. Then they get a chance to land Mike D'antoni, who actually WANTED to coach the Bulls. BUT NOT THEY SCREW THEMSELVES AGAIN! And Chicago STILL LANDS THE 1st PICK. THE NBA MUST REALLY LOVE THE BULLS. Anyway, don't wanna change this to a RANT post. Basically build around Derrick Rose, move Hinrich and possibly Ben Gordon and Larry Hughes, keep Noah, Tyrus and Luol, and Chicago may have a great year, especially with Rose.

Go you lucky sons of bitches.

12. Cleveland Cavaliers
Good LeBron year.

The huge-ass trade wasn't half bad. I mean, at least we got rid of Larry Hughes's contract. Cleveland needs to get something going. They've got Eric Snow's expiring contract, Wally's contract, and Ben Wallace's contract. That should be decent bait for some real talent. Basically, LeBron will bolt unless CLE wins it all soon, so do anything you can to please him. Redd seemed like a good fit, but since MILWAUKEE just got RJ, they'd be stupid to try to rebuild now, with both RJ and Redd on the team. Still gotta look for a constistent shooter and a decent PF that'll bring some energy offensively. I was really hoping they'd land JO. Delonte West, on the other hand, is doing a great job, and I think he fits very well with CLE.

The Cavs are doing a good job, and should continue to please LeBron.

13. Detroit Pistons
Decent year and lost only to the champs in the post-season.

Obviously, some changes need to be made. Rasheed is way too versatile to be traded, Rip should be kept, and Chauncey should also remain a Piston. Stuckey was awesome this season, and I think he really can develop into a great player. You might wanna ditch Chauncey and Prince to really bring in a game-changer guy. Something like a Prince, Billups, stoof for a T-Mac or something like that.

Detroit just needs a few minor changes to their oh-so-perfect team chemistry to have a great season.

14. Indiana Pacers
Another lottery year for the Miller-less Indiana Pacers.

Dunleavey, Granger, Murphy, and all the other guys are continuing to do well. TJ Ford should bring some intensity into the game. They really need to build around their core to have another good season. Nothing much to say besides that, really.

Let's hope they have a better year this year without JO.

15. Milwaukee Bucks
Another lottery season for the Bucks.

They really have been trying to find the missing piece to the Bucks' success over the years. Getting RJ just might be it. RJ, Redd, and Mo Will might prove to be a dangerous scoring backcourt trio for the next years. Their starters are set with Bogut filling in the 5 spot. Moving Charlie Villanueva for a more role-player vet PF might be a good idea as well. Their roster is decent as is.

Let's hope they have a more explosive season with the new scoring trio this season.

Hate

So I ran across this article, and it read "Any more excuses for T-mac?". We were wii-ing at Justin's the whole night, and I slept at 5:30. (ugh, never using that word again)

Woke up at around 10am, went home at around 2pm, then just did whatever. Unfortunately, I decided to watch a late night movie and ended up sleeping at around 1:30am.

Went to church at 8am the next day, slept late due to suspension of classes (which was awesome btw), and on Monday morning, had to wake up early yet again because of some appointment my family had with some important people for breakfast.

I mean, I really can't function well without sleep. But hell yeah, I feel fine on most occasions, just dumb, but weirdly, I feel REALLY tired all the time. Even in outdoor activities, I feel slow and I tire out easily. Maybe I'm sick or something.

At least we haven't had much homework over the past few days. It still doesn't encourage me to sleep any earlier.

Imma totally phail that PE thing tomorrow. Girls dump you. A guitar will always be there when you get home.

02. A guitar's minimum requirement is an amp. A girl's minimum requirement is shoes, clothes, makeup, a mirror, magazines, more shoes and a tiny handbag. And that's every week!

03. You'll never turn on a girl as fast as you can turn on an amp.

04. If your guitar sounds crap, you can tune it. If your girl talks crap you're stuck with her.

05. Guitar's, unlike girls, have volume control which goes all the way down.

06. If you play your guitar crap, it tells you its crap. It doesn't lie and pretend you did it right when you didn't!

07. Two girls at once is hard to come by. Double neck guitars are not.

08. Your guitar makes a sound only when you want it to.

09. Nobody cares when you dump your old, out of date guitar for a new, younger model. In fact it's encouraged.

10. With a guitar, you can copy tunes from other songs. With a girl, try telling her you're copying some moves from an ex and she'll throw you out.

11. Your guitar doesn't refuse to let you play it once a month.

12. Your guitar will never find out if you've been playing another guitar behind its back.

13. You don't have to get guitars drunk before using them.

14. You can stare at a guitar all you like, but stare at a girl too long and you'll end up in an immense amount of pain.

15. Watching other people play the guitar is entertaining. Watching other people do it is just sick!

___

Boston won. Exactly how my prediction was. BOS-BOS-LAL-BOS-LAL-BOS

____

Had an entertaining Recollection. It was pretty good considering how bored I was in the recollections I've been to before.

There were a few extra details that made it totally awesome though. Haha.

Lakers pretty much done.

Like the title above. The Lakers are pretty much done for this year, and Boston will celebrate their 17th championship. The Lakers have done a great job putting together the team they have now, and I give them credit for getting all the way to the finals. The Lakers are good, they just lack a couple of major key points that deprive them from beating Boston.

One crucial point is Andrew Bynum. Yeah, back by the 1st round my ass. Although if he were, the Lakers would've done a lot better. If you look at their roster, they don't really have the big man that all other championship teams do. I mean sure, they've got Pau Gasol, but he's really not the big-man type that they need. He's more of a soft scorer, and less much a defender.

The other, I believe, is the lack of veterans. Look at the Celtics, then look at the Lakers. They've got too many young guys and too little veterans. The only one close to count as one is Derek Fisher.

So what do they need to do to win a championship next year?

Well, obviously, they need Bynum back and healthy. That would move Gasol back to his natural 4 spot, and I do believe they can complement each other well. More development for Bynum in the off-season would be great too.

Another thing is to get a guy to complement Kobe. They don't really have that GREAT player to play alongside him. I'm sure we all saw the connection between Shaq and Kobe. Guys like Gasol and Odom just don't cut it, and Bynum's still too young. Kobe isn't exactly 19 anymore.

I say package Odom and some of their young guys for that type of player. Signing some vets wouldn't hurt either.

Basically? It all comes down to Bynum. Getting Gasol for dirt was a big surprise, and the Lakers obviously weren't expecting to get this far this year. Like I said, things might've been better if Bynum was healthy, but who knows?

Next year is definitely looking good for the Lakaers.

____

Now, about OUR basketball team this year. As if we didn't do badly enough last year, Sherjan had to screw around and get himself out of our class. God, as if we didn't choke at nearly every position already. He has some exotic plan about tanking this year, rebuilding then just training and winning the championship in 4th year through "team chemistry". Like that'll ever happen. Still, a guy can dream, no?

What really happened...

Serves as a guide for most, and my first-hand experience on them. Most would probably want to direct him/herself away from this post.

Humble Beginnings
I had a Squier for as long as I can remember. Don't laugh. It had a decent-looking sunburst finish and was one of those cheap Affinity Series ones. The cheapest Squier I could find. I named him Flenny.

Starting Out
Now when I got more serious about playing, I knew that I would have to part with my Squier. I needed something bolder and more fit to my style. Don't get me wrong, it served its purpose by providing me with a decent guitar to practice on. But it was time to let go.

What I like to call, the MIJ/MIK Period
I gotta admit, it was pretty sad to part with Flenny, my first real guitar, but I knew I needed to replace him. Back then, I was obsessed with MIJ Copies or "Lawsuit" Copies. The 70's and 80's was a classic time for those copies. I still had money left in my budget, along with some trade value I was able to get off with Flenny to start anew.

I started out with something simple. A 70's Greco SG w/ a HSC and a Schindler Strat. It's a brand I've never even heard of, but hey, I was happy to get that schindler strat rather than 2k. (I still keep that schindler as my official "backup", though. Those things are real cheap, btw.) My start certainly wasn't a great one, as I failed to notice that it had a bolt-on neck. My Squier was one, so I didn't think it mattered. How wrong and foolsih I was. Cut me some slack, we're talking about a guy who just got rid of his Squier. But I mean COME ON, why get a freaking SG if it's going to be a bolt on? I wasn't entirely satisfied with its playability. It felt cheap overall. Eventually sold the HSC and guitar separately and got more than I bought it for.

With Les Pauls being the icon of guitars, I decided to indulge myself in them. Got myself an MIK Les Paul (one of those Black custom ones with Gold Hardware) for an okay price. Although the construction, finish and electronics was really good, I got tired of it, and after using it for a good long time, I noticed it wasn't as heavy as most LP's were. It weighed a good less than 4kg at the very most. Eventually grew tired of it, and sold it with minimal losses.

Maybe I would try a more well-known brand. I tried to look for a decent Greco, but found a nice Tokai one instead. It was a pretty modern one compared to the others. I think it was an ALS-48 or something like that with cherry sunburst finish. Finish was nice, and I really liked this one. But when I saw a really nice Greco Explorer, I knew I would have to part with my Tokai.

It was great for the most part. I actually liked the explorer, even with the unusual shape. God, Explorers have got to be my favorite design. It had a nice gold-ish finish, and a couple of SD designed HB-101's in them. The playability was decent but unfortunately, it didn't sound that great. Although it looked perfect and the pups looked good on paper, it really wasn't the best-sounding guitar I've heard. Or maybe explorers weren't meant for me. I eventually got involved in a deal that brought me an Aria Pro II LP copy in Wine Red.

The Aria was really good. I loved the tone of it, and the guy got it recently set up so I was good. I think the Aria really was one of the best LP copies I've ever tried. I really did like it, but I knew that it didn't quite fit with me. Maybe I'm just REALLY picky, but I wanted to try other guitars too. Regrettably, I parted with the Aria. Until now, I wish I hadn't then. I got a surprising good deal after some guy tested the guitar out for himself.

Maybe Gibson-type guitars weren't really fit for my style. I decided to try out Strats and Shredder Guitars.

Strat Copies and Ibanez Shredders
Basically I somehow landed myself with a Tokai Strat. Didn't like the single-coils, in short, and wanted an HSS Strat. Reminded me too much of Flenny.

Adding a little cash, I got a decent Dame T290 in BS. Beautiful little things they are. It was MIK, and man, was it AWESOME. It had two GS single-coil pups and a GS Humbucker pup. I eventually replaced the bridge with a SD JB and I loved it.

Because I heard Fernandes Strats were just so damn good, I had to try one. It was white with a white pickguard. It was a decent SSH. And man, I loved it more than any guitar I've tried until now. And I thought the Dame was good. It was so good, it's the second guitar I named. For the record, I named it "Boe".

I don't really remember which Ibanez I tried. This period is really hazy for me. I think it was one of those RG series. A black one. Simple. Tried it. Didn't like it. I really don't like Shredder guitars like Schecter or Ibanez. Luckily, one of the Church's guitars was an Ibanez, so I got to try it out, and decided not to get one.

Now, with a lot more money than I started out, along with the P4000 allowance I got from my great uncle, I decided to try for Brand Names like Epiphone and Fender. Maybe they really WERE worth paying for. (Though I did have this "Never pay for brand name thing", lol.)

Brand Names Era
Although it killed my budget, I tried a MIM Fender HSS Strat. It was decent-ish, but I really didn't see much difference from it and the Fernandes. Maybe the MIA ones are a lot better, but I don't think I'd ever shell out enough for a decent one. Fender wasn't my thing.

I wanted to try something I've never tried before. A real Epiphone LP. I've tried Greco's and Tokai's, even a Burny once, but I wanted to see how the official Epiphone by Gibson stood. I really did want an LP, but I got this amazing offer I couldn't resist for an Epiphone SG.

My Current
My current guitar now is an Epiphone 1966 SG Re-issue G-400. It's a really nice guitar, with the full 66' pickguard like the Gibson Standards. It's just like the 1966, but without the P-90's. OR whatever they had back then. I can't remember, pretty sure it was the P-90's. I'm actually happy with my guitar now, I'm merely open to more possibilities. My third named guitar. I named him "Angus".

So...
Along the way, I got myself a decent Behringer 15w amp. I just LOVE this amp. It sounds close to a Tube Amp, and although it doesn't have the most features, it's really a nice simple amp for me to just practice or play on. It stays currently in my room next to the computer.

The Peavey stays at the church, since it's quite difficult lugging it back and forth. But I'm almost done paying for it. (I got allowance to pay for half on my birthday, and the other half was paid by the church.) Of course, I'm in no rush, but I'd really like to finish off payments to officially call it my own.

Anyway, this is what I've been busy with most of the summer.

Now? I'm looking to trade it. AGAIN. I dunno. Maybe I'm just REALLY PICKY with guitars, but none except the Fernandes Strat really felt TOTALLY RIGHT for me. I still continue to seek out other guitars, and maybe one day I'll settle on a good one that's fit for my playing style. I'm really hoping to try an epiphone Les Paul, or maybe another decent HSS Strat, since I have the best experience with them. I really wanted this Epiphone 1957 Les Paul Jr. Re-issue, MIJ which is apparently pretty rare or something. T

In the meantime, my fellow band mates continue to wonder how many times I'm going to change my guitar.

Inconsistency - Being Back

Ah, returning to school really brings back a sense of normalcy. No more staying up 'till late watching TV or old DVD's. No motivation to do anything worthwhile.

While I spent most of my summer in HQ, the last two weeks for me has been just like that. Just sitting around and watching the tube, lazing around, and so bored. Frankly, I got sick of it after the first few days, so being back in school really makes me more alive and motivated, since well, I actually have to start being my usual self again. I could really feel the thoughts and emotions of "Longview". Although the smelling like shit part wasn't really part of it.

Haha, event after another keeps me from updating my blog. I'm trying to write more often and uploading new stoofs.

The License of Remorse

As part of treating myself to a Peavey Studio Pro 112 for my 15th birthday, I decided to update. o_O

About the Lyrics: The protagonist is a guy constantly gets screwed over in his attempts at life. He can't seem to break free from this chain of what he calls Remorse. He can't seem to get over it, or break free from it. His thoughts constantly haunt him. The "license" of Remorse is what he views as his salvation from it.

The License of Remorse
verse 1
Can't you see that I'm feeling damned?
There is no chance in hell that I will find my way
It's so damn tight I can't break free from it
Not another word before I get jacked up again
Just when I found the strength

chorus
Try to feel the impact and the feeling of regret
Get behind the walls of so-called safety
What you remember will be the salvation of what you see
The License of Remorse

verse 2
I'm having trouble trying to get some sleep
Thoughts wander round my head and never leave me be
There is no use trying to get over it
I fell in much pity and suffered loss by the folds
And I'm never letting go

verse 1-> chorus-> verse 2-> chorus-> chorus

Heck, I might even add a bridge to it later. Had some good times during the 4th quarter. Okay cheat-buddy, although I don't recall of him helping me very much. Pretty tall for a 3rd-grade Shota. He acted a bit gay near the end of the school-year, but meh. It must just be his shota senses.

Joshua- Silent but deadly? Always thought his smile-laugh was hilarious. Good frontseatmate.

Braulio- He's got the balls to do some of the most jack-ass stunts, and provided me some good laughs along the way. His total failures in CLE debating was funny too.

Joaqui- Quiet guy with a funny hairstyle. Hope he makes some moves on Louie during the summer.

Edj- All I can think of is bad hand-eye coordination. A Laker fan who likes watching basketball. An okay player off-the-bench, mainly for hustle. He'll be a table manwhore someday.

Gabo- Well, he's got a PRS SC. Pretty nice guy who can tolerate Sherjan.

Wan Ju- The Asian with math skills that kill. He's tall.

Carlo- The Seatmate with the liquid paper. My lefty seatmate. Uh, techie guy I guess? He's tall too.

Bene- Training Pool, basketball, had a lot of fun times. Loves to eat, and use our sink during HE time. He's a friendly guy who you can get real tight with.

Royce- He's alright. He's decent when in rhythm, and can really score from the outside. If he just took less threes, and really concentrated on defense and the inside-game, he'd be a lot better.

Kenneth- Computer seatmate, things started out rough, but was good in the end. Funny guy who needs to stabilize his emotions. Helpful guy and overall fun guy to be with.

JK- He's such an awesome guy. Nuff said.

Sherjan- The gay-man who spread the legendary gay gene, which eventually led to a couple of guys becoming gay. Good thing we found a cure. Must be in Pilot next year for the sole purpose of basketball intrams. Reminds me of Antawn Jamison. He's pure at heart, and just wants to have fun.

Paulo- Apparently, he has a bunch of slaves or something. He has a sense of humor.

Jevin- HSM dude with the maniac laugh. Hilarious past experiences. A good friend you can easily rely on.

Tristan- The white man. Also known as Chris or Kiwi. Needs to be more consistent and be a better finisher around the basket. Had good times making fun of Jevin with him. He's a funny guy with a wicked sense of humor.

Raisa- The weirdo who's really tall. The baby of Pull-out? Has difficulty understanding concepts in pull-out. She's nice, and makes a good class president.

Louie- Loves the name. Had a pleasant time talking to during contests. Thinks I'm sarcastic about the recital, when I'm not. Had a nice dress then. Is apparently really smart or something. She's friendly and you can easily get along with her well.

Erika- She reminds me of Joshua. Don't know her that well, despite her being close to my seat. She's pretty quiet.

Sanam- Knew her for a long time. I forgot to print something for her Science portfolio a couple of days ago. o_O She's nice and knows how to have fun.

Justine- Far seatmate. Was my seatmate in the 1st quarter or something. Cheerleader that likes to grab my wrist? She's a decent person and pretty friendly I guess.

Ana- The groupie, she says. Does a good job at it. She's a fun person overall.

Mich- HUDAS! Is a funny person with a bright attitude.

Soo Hee- Good at math and special filipino! She quiet but really nice.

Jill- HE groupmate, apparently cooks well or something. Panics a lot, and should keep her cool.

Bea C.- One of the nicest people I know. Sorry for forgetting the ham.

Vian- Is having an affair on me with Justin or something. She's friendly and likes to have fun.

Louise- Quiet, she likes anime or something. She's nice, and lent me her liquid paper a couple of times too!

Denise- All she ever says to me is Kimbap. Had a good time with her in COMELEC and Science. Holds Braulio by a leash. She's a nice person who's pretty deep, I guess.

Kyna- HE Leader. She apparently gives me 99 in HE all the time, but who knows? She's easy to get along with.

Aeriel- She thinks I'm innocent... Because I am! She's a really nice person who just can't reject a person in their time of need.

Su Jee- Studies well and gets higher than me in English! She's pretty nice as well.

Ji Hee- Is good at filipino and helps me out a lot. She can be friendly and really likes to have fun overall.

Veronica- Loves Science, can do the Rubik's cube better than anyone in our class. She's a nice person who's willing to help anyone out in Science, since she's the only one that understands Cadano.

Alayne- She lent me a LOT of stuff. She should talk to Braulio more often. She's friendly and really helpful.

Dana- Studies pretty well, and apparently likes McFly or some other british band. She's another tall person in our class.

Isabelle- Smart? She's a nice girl.

Jennelle- I wish I had her genes. Despite her towering height, she's actually really cheerful and friendly.

Bea P.- She's another booster in our class. A nice and friendly person.

Donica- Well, someone's been a naughty boy! She's a nice person, and you can really have fun with her.

Czarina- She's so useless, especially in HE. She's friendly and you can get along with her quickly.

Mika- She makes a good COMELEC chairman. She's really friendly and is willing to make more friends anytime.

Marionne- She likes soccer. She's also pretty nice.

Jebbie- My forbidden lover. She's a bit weird, and apparently is always a bit down. On the other hand, she can be really cheery and friendly.

Eliza- Haha. She's a good sport who can take Tristan's jokes. She's a nice person, and you can talk to her about a lot of stuff!

Bea- She's rich, and good at Monopoly. Can never beat me in Tennis. She's a fun person.

Cyril - She made me a freaking panda for the pull-out zoo. What the hell? On the other hand, she's an awesome artist, and is really friendly too.

I just copied Jebbie's list, so if I miss anyone, blame her.

Ranting abound

Today was my last regular-class day as a freshmen.

Next wednesday will probably be the last day of school for me, as I'm probably exempted from the PT's in every subject except Science. Ugh...

I really don't get Racadio though. She's making me (me, Wan Ju and Lourdz actually) have cooking make-up, on MONDAY. I mean, it's not like I'm gonna be absent tomorrow, I have to go to a freaking contest. I'm not going on some joyride since I'm exempted from most of my PT's. I mean, I'm representing the fucking school. Man, if this really WASN'T important, I'd have ditched it already. I hate it when that happens.

Anyway, I'm leaving my true ranting to later, since I still have a chance to ditch the make-up. Depends on how good a mood Racadio's in, and how much ass-kissing we'll have to do. Sure will have to be a lot, considering that fucking huge ass of hers.

Rockets notch 20th straight. I made a bet with Edj concerning the game next Monday (HOUSTON@LA LAKERS), and if the Rockets notch their 22th straight that night, he'd give me 50 bucks. If they don't, I'll have to, but I'm confident in Houston.

With summertime fast approaching, I'm trying to think of stuff to do this summer. Obviously, I'll be growing my hair again and all, but I haven't really thought of anything really distinct to do. I don't want all this free time to go to waste, although I'll probably just blow it on chilling/computer usage.

I'm really hoping to write/compose some awesome material this summer, since I WILL be having a lot of free time. I'm also really hoping to start a new band (one that doesn't suck this time) with some of my pals at church, since there ARE a lot of pretty decent people there. Oh, and I don't mean anything like church-band, some REAL music would be nice please.

Oh, and I HAVE learned a lot from my very short and past experience.
1.) We don't need a keyboardist.
2.) We DO need a FUCKING-AWESOME drummer.
3.) Splitting song-writing duties beats song-writing alone.
4.) A fucking kick-ass drummer would be nice.
5.) Heavy Metal? Lol.
6.) It'd be nice to have a "firestarting" drummer.
7.) Female back-up vocalists=fail

Our old female back-up vocalist used to write most of the songs, but I hated how mushy and unfit they were to my (and most of my pals, honestly) style. We ditched the whole thing and revamped, and so far, the bassist and I seem to be getting somewhere.

It's still a long way to go though, and I'm hoping bassist-man and I can get somewhere this summertime.

Seriously, it's hard to start and manage a decent garage band when all you have is passion for music. >_>
